Banana Soymilk Smoothie

A few mornings a week, I make myself a delicious healthy smoothie. Its easy. Its a whole frozen banana and about a cup or cup and a half of vanilla soymilk. You don't need to add sweetener or anything, it is milkshake good, you should try it. If you want that party in your mouth to get even funner, try Silk Very Vanilla Soymilk, SO GOOD.
