San Francisco

Trent and I dropped by San Francisco this weekend. We stayed the night in Union Square. We saw Lombard Street, "the crookedest street anywhere"We visited Fisherman's Wharf and Ghirardelli Square. We checked out the Palace of Fine Arts and crossed the Bay Bridge and the Golden Gate Bridge. Our own hotel charged us $51 to park for the night, which was more than half what the room cost. I got to eat Thai Food, but sadly, no seafood... I am still regretting that. We rode a streetcar and a cable car. Trent got a ticket for not stopping at a stop sign that he actually did stop at. We can't figure it out... don't ask, we're mad. We saw the Oakland temple and Alcatraz. Overall, we got a lot done for only being there half a day. I would say Trent's favorite part was picking out all the people he thought were gay, even if they were holding hands with someone of the opposite sex. "If they weren't straight, they would be gay." There were rainbow flags hanging on all the lampposts downtown. I hope we get to go back again cause there are a few more things I wanna do.
